Sac needs advertisers at 1:24 pm
Am I the only one who has noticed that EVERY SINGLE cab in Sacramento now has the same advertisement on top of it? 
I have nothing against Hooters. Really, I don�t. It just seems like Hooters is the absolute last place here that needs any advertising right now. Every time I drive by that place it�s mobbed. I�ve even tried to go there with friends before just to take a look (too busy, couldn�t deal with it). I can�t believe that Hooters actually needs more new customers than say, the Sacramento Bee?
